Folks who refuse to get vaccinated against epidemics and against the flu should have to pay the full cost for their treatments if they become ill. Why should society have to pay for people's defiance of health rules and health restrictions?
People should be held accountable for their negative actions.
There is an old saying: “If a person is willing to do the crime, he/she should be willing to do the time (in prison). The same goes for people who refuse to take care of themselves.
Vaccines are free. Hospitalization costs for those who refuse vaccinations are extremely expensive. Plus, such people endanger the lives of people around them, including hospital staffs.
